Fabrication Shop Supervisor
ResourceMFG Search Group is currently seeking candidates for a local employee owned company for a Fabrication Shop Supervisor. You should have a minimum of a 2 year technical degree in welding, machine shop or metalworking technology or equivalent. Fiver years of experience in shop management. You will supervise up to 20 employees. Some of the duties include:
Management of the shop safety
Scheduling of shop work
training employees
shipping and receiving of materials
Inventory management
Salary is based on experience starts but at 45K
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
